In 2007 my wife, Catherine and I decided to move to Worcester County from Fairfax Virginia to raise our 4 children.  We spent many weekends and summers prior enjoying the beautiful, peaceful and safe community spirit.  It reminded me of "the way things were when I grew up" with core values of respect for community and country, nurturing educational environment, safety and responsive law enforcement and family friendly values.  Over the last 15 years I have been able to communicate and work with so many citizens, politicians, county officials and business owners.  My children have all grown to be educated, responsible adults and successful college attendance through their experiences with Ocean City Elementary, Berlin Intermediate, Worcester Prep and Stephan Decatur High School. 
 

The District has had tremendous growth and changes and I want to make sure the same values and principles that brought us here remain in place.
